SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 5-­7 business days for processing all orders. Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order has shipped, USPS is solely responsible for delivery. The JD Gift Shop has no responsibility for any packages once they have left our hands. Feel free to contact us if any proof of purchase is needed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The JD Gift Shop offers a 15 days return policy from the date of delivery on any purchase. When returning, please contact us at thejdgift@gmail.com with a description and photo before shipping the merchandise. Please be sure to insure the contents for their full value as we are not responsible for lost packages. All returns must be in the same condition in which they were received. You can exchange within 30 days of purchase. If merchandise costs more than the original purchased one, you will have to cover the difference. If the cost is less than the price you paid, we will issue a store credit of the amount of the difference.
